To remove this row grand total, select the PivotTable tab from the toolbar at the top of the screen. Click on the Layout button and select Show Totals for Rows from the popup menu. This will uncheck the Show Total for Rows option.

Now when you return to the spreadsheet, the grand total for the Product row will no longer be visible.
